My mother came to KYN Hurlingham for two weeks of respite care following major spinal reconstruction surgery. This was an incredibly stressful and emotional time for both of us. KYN exceeded all expectations, and I wouldn’t place her anywhere else.

From the moment she arrived, the standard of care was exceptional. The nurses, carers, and physiotherapist showed unwavering professionalism and genuine kindness. They took time to understand my mum’s needs and to make her feel comfortable, seen, and respected.

Mum is now continuing to recover at home, but KYN put her in the best place mentally and physically to be able to continue this. Thank you so much to everyone that looked after my mum. You are all such wonderful people.
